The Setting

A stream. A grove.
Nothing more needed.

Long arecanut palms rise in elegant columns, holding the light, the shade, and the quiet together.

Near Gokarna, Karnataka

The landscape is the luxury.

Step outside and you are immediately inside something far larger than yourself. The arecanut palms rise in elegant columns around the property, their slender forms casting shifting patterns of light and shadow through every hour of the day.

A natural stream runs along the edge of the property — not ornamental, not engineered, simply there, as it has always been. The sound of moving water is constant here.

Gokarna — with its ancient temples, quiet beaches, and unhurried pace — lies nearby, should you wish to explore. But many guests find that they never feel the need to leave the property at all.
